Messianic Servant Ministries
Messianic Servant Ministries is a Scottish based International Outreach to the Jewish people. For over ten years we have been ministering in Eastern Europe seeking to reach Jewish people with the Gospel and empowering and encouraging local people to do likewise. Previously we worked in Russia and Moldova but at present our ministry is mainly in Scotland, Hungary, Ukraine and Bulgaria.
Our aims are: to present the Gospel of Jesus (Yeshua) the Messiah; to encourage Spiritual Growth and Discipleship of Believers; to promote and support Messianic Judaism; distributing humanitarian aid to individuals and institutions; to provide pastoral care and to fostering effective and strategic prayer.
Scotland: Scotland has a rich and distinguished past in Jewish evangelism. We are seeking to reawaken Scotland’s call to again be forefront in reaching the Jewish people with the Gospel. Ian Campbell the Founder and Director of Messianic Servant Ministries is active in speaking and teaching in Churches in Scotland as well as leading the work overseas. Sue Jack is our voluntary administrator and is the organiser of our regular day conferences in Scotland.
Budapest, Hungary: Menora Messianic Jewish Congregation in Budapest is pastored by Peter and Anna Lengyel who lead our ministry in Hungary. Peter and Anna lead a team in reaching out to Budapest’s 100,000’s of Jewish people with the Gospel. They minister with friendship evangelism and by celebrating the Festivals in local parks or public halls.
Ukraine: Rita Balaszh leads a team of six volunteer workers in reaching out to Holocaust Survivors in one of the poorest regions of Eastern Europe. This team brings humanitarian aid, the Gospel, love and friendship to very needy people. They seek to disciple and encourage the many who have found hope and salvation in their Messiah. Bulgaria: Elena Dimitrovo is the founder of a Bulgarian prayer ministry called “Intercessors for Israel”. Messianic Servant Ministries work alongside this prayer movement to teach and train its leaders and to encourage the establishment and growth of prayer for Israel and the Jewish people among the Bulgarian Churches.
